Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping Policy

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

For standard shipping orders, please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation. All shipments and deliveries will only be carried out on weekdays. 

Shipping will be determined at the time of order but is subject to change. Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 within the continental United States (excluding APO addresses).

Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. Orders that are placed after noon (CST) on Friday will be processed on Monday. If more than one delivery attempt is required, a signature may be required, and additional charges may apply. 

Any type of expedited shipment is available Monday through Friday and only for select zip close and eligible in-stock merchandise. Saturday and holiday deliveries are excluded from all shipments. If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day. For expedited deliveries, a signature and phone number may be required.

USPS Guarantees

Avenue Des Champs is not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times. Avenue DesChamps cannot be held liable for any USPS guarantees. We will not refund any shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their shipping times.

If an order is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).

UPS Guarantees

Avenue Des Champs is not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times. Avenue DesChamps cannot be held liable for any UPS guarantees. We will not refund any shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their shipping times. 

If an order is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877).

Wrong Address Disclaimer

The buyer is responsible for entering in the shipping address correctly. Avenue Des Champs is not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. There is a minimum amount of time to cancel and/or change an order or change a shipping address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at support@avedeschamps.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. 

If there is any issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting Avenue Des Champs. Please allow 1-4 days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us at support@avedeschamps.com, after the delivery time has passed if you have still not received your order. 

All shipments include tracking with a delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate this issue. Avenue Des Champs cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states that the order has been delivered.

Do we ship overseas?

At this time, we unfortunately do not ship overseas. If you are interested in us providing this option in the future, sent us a message to let us know!

Return Policy

What is the return policy?

Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

We hope that you love all your purchases but we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Avenue Des Champs does accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for in-store credit (Avenue Des Champs E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns can be sent to the below address:

The packing slip is required when returning your items. If you no longer have the packing slip, email support@avedeschamps.com.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care at support@avedeschamps.com within 3 DAYS of delivery.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of final sale items:​

- Jewelry

- Face Masks 

- Hair Accessories 

- Hosiery​

- Bodysuits

- Swimwear

- Items marked as FINAL SALE

If you return any jewelry, face masks, hair accessories, hosiery, bodysuits, or swimwear, these items will not be accepted and you will be charged the return fee to ship these items back to you.

If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Defective items

If you have received any defective items, please contact customer support at support@avedeschamps.com within 3 DAYS of receiving the order. If we are not notified within this time frame, it will not longer qualify for a return or replacement. A photo of the damage/defect must be sent with your email so we can begin processing.

Avenue Des Champs is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of the merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor and/or outdoor lighting, and computer monitor and/or phone resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted. 

Processing returns

Please allow 14 business days from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once confirmation is complete.
